SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes. We are currently shipping to more than 100 international countries including Canada, Australia, Europe, Israel, Japan, South America, New Zealand, China, the United Kingdom and many others. If you are interested in placing an order and we do not currently ship to your country, please contact us to suggest your country.

How long does shipping take? 

USPS, UPS, and FedEx Standard domestic shipping takes about 2-5 business days depending on the delivery location. International shipping takes 2-3 weeks because of customs processing. Bear in mind that the delivery date given by the postal service is only an estimate and not a guarantee!. For Faster delivery you can go with Priority or Express.

Will I be charged fees?

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred by Hitech Componets LLC. These fees are specific to the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be. The shipping and handling fee applied by Hitech Components LLC at checkout does NOT cover any duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package is delivered. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged to you.

Shipping Cost: This is the cost charged by Hitech Componets LLC at checkout to cover the cost of the shipping method you select for your order. Unless explicitly stated in writing by an Hitech Components LLC representative, it does not cover any of the 

Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Fees

RETURNES

The returned electronic components and modules shall be free from any damage due to physical abuse or misuse.

The returned part shall be free from any markings or stickers which were not otherwise present on such electronic part when received by BUYER.

After receiving the item, the buyer should contact you within: 30 days

Refund will be given as: Money Back.

Return shipping will be paid by: Buyer

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept credit/debit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

If you are paying by credit or debit card, your statement will show a charge from Hitech Componets LLC. When using your credit card, you will be billed in USD Currency and your credit card company will bill you in your local currency at the current exchange rate.

We are unable to accept prepaid gift cards at this time.

 

PayPal

We accept PayPal, and you can sign up for an account  here.

To ensure security and quick service, we may require shipping an order to an address that is eligible for  PayPal Seller Protection. Please ensure that the address provided to PayPal matches the shipping address that was provided to Hitech Components LLC. If there is a mismatch, then the order may be delayed until additional verification can be provided.
